AiondView AiondView DASHBOARDS FOR EVERYONE ايوند فيو لوحات المعلومات للجميع

Your data, as a dashboard. In minutes, not months.

AiondView turns spreadsheets, Google Sheets and business systems into live dashboards your whole team can read — in Arabic or English, on any screen. No analyst, no BI project, no training.

Built in Saudi Arabia. Your data encrypted at rest and in transit, on infrastructure we run — never shared, never sold, never used to train anything.

The numbers that run your business are sitting in a spreadsheet that one person understands.

Reports get rebuilt by hand every month, and they are out of date the day after they are sent.

Everyone has a different copy of the same file, and nobody is sure which one is right.

Proper BI tools cost more than the problem and take a quarter to roll out.

Bring your data in, however it already exists

Six ways in. None of them require you to change how your data is kept today.

Upload a file

Excel or CSV. Drag it in, and AiondView reads the columns and works out the types.

Paste from a spreadsheet

Copy cells straight out of Excel or Sheets and paste. No file, no export step.

Connect Google SheetsComing soon

Authorise once and the sheet stays connected. Refresh and the dashboard updates.

Build a table by hand

For the numbers that only exist in someone's head.

Connect a business system

Qoyod for accounting, or any CSV or JSON link with an API key.

Start from a template

Ready-made dashboards with sample data — replace the data with your own when you are ready.

Turn it into a dashboard

Ten chart types, chosen to cover what businesses actually report on.

Bar Line Area Pie Donut KPI tile Table Gauge Funnel Saudi regions map

Drag charts where you want them, resize them, and the layout is saved as you work. Each chart points at a dataset and a couple of columns — pick what to count and what to group by, and it draws itself.

Share it with the people who need it

Arabic, properly

Not a translation layer bolted on at the end. The whole interface is Arabic or English, right-to-left or left-to-right, including the charts, the numbers and the dates. Switch language at any time and everything follows.

Security and privacy

For finance, HR and government-adjacent buyers this is the first question, not the last. Here are the answers.

Encryption everywhere it matters

  • In transit. Every connection to AiondView is HTTPS. The application's own connection to its database is TLS-encrypted too, inside a private network.
  • At rest. The database and its backups are encrypted with AES-256 using AWS-managed keys.
  • Your third-party credentials, separately. When you connect Google Sheets or an accounting system, the token or API key is encrypted with its own key before it is written down — envelope encryption with Fernet (AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256 authentication). Even someone holding a copy of the database cannot read them.
  • Your password. Hashed with bcrypt. It is not stored, not recoverable, and not visible to us.

Isolation and access

  • The database is on a private network with no public address. Nothing on the internet can reach it.
  • Every query is scoped to your workspace. Data cannot cross between workspaces.
  • Our own support console is read-only and enforced at four independent levels, and credential columns — password hashes, OAuth tokens, API keys — are excluded from it entirely. We cannot read your secrets even when we are helping you.
  • Automatic daily backups with point-in-time recovery.

What we ask Google for

  • When you connect a sheet, AiondView requests read-only access to spreadsheets, and metadata only on Drive — enough to list your spreadsheets by name, never enough to open any other file.
  • We cannot write to your sheets and we cannot see the rest of your Drive.

Where your data lives

  • On infrastructure we operate ourselves, in an AWS region we choose, under AiondTech's own account.
  • Not resold, not shared with third parties, and never used to train a machine-learning model.

Who it is for

Small and medium businesses whose reporting lives in Excel.
Finance and operations teams who rebuild the same report every month.
Agencies and consultants who report to clients and want one link instead of an attachment.
Anyone who has been quoted six figures for a BI project to answer three questions.

How it works

Bring your data

Upload, paste, connect a sheet, or start from a template.

Build the dashboard

Pick a chart, pick two columns, drag it where you want it.

Share it

Invite your team, or send a link.

Questions people ask

Do I need to know SQL or Excel formulas?

No. You choose what to count and what to group it by from a list of your own column names.

What happens when my source data changes?

For a connected Google Sheet or a business system, refresh and the charts follow. For an uploaded file, replace the data on the dataset and every chart built on it updates at once — you do not rebuild anything.

Can I use it in Arabic?

Yes — the whole interface, right-to-left, including charts and numbers.

Can people outside my company see a dashboard?

Only if you create a share link for it. Nothing is public by default.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Never.
