🛡️ We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is used exclusively to connect job seekers with recruiters and improve our recruitment services. This is the only purpose for which your data is collected and processed.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. We currently operate in the AWS Bahrain region and are in the process of migrating to the AWS Saudi Arabia (KSA) region to provide better local data residency. We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4. AI Processing
AiondTech provides two AI assistants — Lana and Nova — to analyze resumes and deliver intelligent recruitment insights. Users may select and switch between these AI models directly from their account settings at any time.
- Lana — powered by OpenAI GPT-4o. Handles deep resume analysis, nuanced candidate scoring, writing quality assessment, and AI-generated interview questions.
- Nova — powered by Google Gemini 2.5 Flash. Handles fast bulk resume screening, structured skill extraction, job-to-candidate matching, and semantic similarity search.
When you upload a resume or profile data, it may be processed by the AI model you have selected. This processing is performed solely to improve the recruitment experience and match quality.
🤝 Third-Party AI Disclosure: Lana is operated by OpenAI, L.L.C. and Nova is operated by Google LLC. Data submitted through AI-assisted features may be processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies. 5. Our AI Commitment & Legal Protection
✅ You are fully protected. Lana and Nova are AiondTech's proprietary AI assistants. The underlying AI infrastructure is enterprise-grade technology provided by industry-leading third parties. Full disclosure is made here in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Lana is built on enterprise AI infrastructure provided by OpenAI, L.L.C. · Nova is built on enterprise AI infrastructure provided by Google LLC. Data processed through these assistants is subject to the respective providers' data processing agreements, which AiondTech maintains at the enterprise level. 🚫 What We Never Do
- We never use your data to train AI models.
- We never share candidate data with other employers without explicit consent.
- We never make automated hiring decisions — our AI assists humans, it does not replace them.
- We never store AI conversation history beyond what is needed to deliver the service.
