By accessing or using AiondTech's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Description of Service

AiondTech provides an AI-powered recruitment platform that includes:

  • Resume analysis and parsing services
  • Candidate management and tracking tools
  • AI-powered matching and scoring using ChatGPT , Gemini
  • Tools to help recruiters find great candidates
  • Tools to help job seekers find matching opportunities

3. Data Usage

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • Your resume and profile data will be processed by our AI system (ChatGPT/OpenAI) and (Google/Gemini) to provide insights and recommendations
  • Your data is stored on AWS cloud infrastructure (Bahrain region, migrating to Saudi Arabia)
  • We do NOT sell your data to third parties - it is used exclusively for recruitment matching
  • Job seeker data may be shared with recruiters who are searching for candidates matching your profile

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise security
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service are owned by AiondTech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

AiondTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
